I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can explore their emotions, heal from past wounds, and cultivate resilience. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a polyvagal perspective and multi-sensory engagement. I believe that all behavior is a form of communication, guiding my efforts to uncover the underlying messages behind behaviors. Through this lens, I empower young people to express themselves in healthy and constructive ways.
